The 6.83-inch 1.5K CrystalRes AMOLED display with 2772 × 1280 pixels at 447 ppi, a 120 Hz refresh rate, 3,200 nits peak brightness and Dolby Vision and HDR10+ delivers a brilliant, colour-accurate picture that remains easy to read even in direct sunlight. 3840 Hz PWM dimming combined with TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification makes the display particularly easy on the eyes – ideal for anyone who spends a lot of time in front of a screen. The Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 cover protects against scratches and drops.
Under the hood is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor with up to 2.7 GHz and an Adreno 810 GPU – fast enough for smooth gaming, seamless multitasking and all AI-powered features. With up to 12 GB LPDDR4X RAM – expandable via the RAM Boost function to up to 24 GB of virtual RAM – and up to 512 GB UFS storage, the device runs responsively and offers enough space for any library.
The real trump card is the 6,500 mAh silicon-carbon battery, which, thanks to modern Si-C technology, stores more energy in less space and easily lasts two full days with normal use. With 100W HyperCharge it is fully charged in just 40 minutes – a figure that is unique in this price range. With reverse charging, the smartphone can also be used as a mobile power bank. The battery cells are designed for 1,600 charge cycles at a minimum of 80% capacity, which corresponds to a lifespan of around six years.
The 200 MP main camera with f/1.7 aperture and PDAF autofocus delivers impressively detailed photos – especially in good lighting conditions. The 8 MP ultra-wide camera complements the duo for wide-angle shots, and the 20 MP front camera ensures sharp selfies and clear video calls.
Xiaomi makes no compromises on protection: the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ 5G is certified to IP66, IP68 and IP69K – meaning protection against dust, immersion up to 2 metres for 24 hours and resistance to high-pressure water jets. The robust fibreglass back effectively absorbs impacts, and SGS Premium Performance certification confirms its drop resistance. The Wet Touch 2.0 feature ensures that the touchscreen responds reliably even with wet hands or a wet display. Connectivity is fully covered with 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS and USB-C. Android 15 with Xiaomi HyperOS 2 comes pre-installed, with a confirmed update to HyperOS 3 and Android 16 as well as four years of OS updates.
