At its heart is the Leica camera system, which Xiaomi developed together with the legendary camera manufacturer. The 50 MP main camera with the huge 1-inch Light Fusion 1050L sensor delivers impressively detailed and dynamic shots, even at night and in backlit situations. This is made possible by the new LOFIC HDR technology, which captures light and shadow more precisely than ever before. The telephoto lens is a real game changer: 200 MP with mechanical optical zoom between 75 mm and 100 mm, extendable up to 400 mm – letting you bring distant subjects up close in pin-sharp detail without any digital loss of quality. There is also a 50 MP ultra-wide camera with a 14 mm focal length and 115° field of view for dramatic wide-angle shots. Videos can be recorded in 4K at 120 fps in Log format – professional colour grading included – or directly in Dolby Vision.
The 6.9-inch Xiaomi HyperRGB OLED display with a resolution of 2608 × 1200 pixels and a peak brightness of 3,500 nits remains crisp and readable even in direct sunlight. The adaptive 1–120 Hz LTPO refresh rate provides maximum smoothness or optimum energy efficiency depending on the situation. The display has a triple TÜV Rheinland certification for eye comfort – ideal for anyone who spends a lot of time in front of a screen.
The Xiaomi 17 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 – currently the most powerful smartphone chip on the market – combined with 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage. Whether gaming, multitasking or AI applications: the device runs buttery smooth and without limitations at all times.
The 6,000 mAh battery easily lasts through intensive days of use. With 90 W wired HyperCharge it is fully charged again in no time, and 50 W wireless charging makes annoying cables unnecessary. There is even 20 W reverse wireless charging on board – so you can charge other devices directly from your smartphone.
