Description
The Palm Pepito is a particularly compact LTE smartphone, ideal for users looking for a very small, light and simple Android device. With its handy form factor and a weight of just 62.5 grams, it fits easily into any pocket and is perfect as a second device, a minimalist everyday smartphone or a companion for sport and travel.
The 3.3-inch IPS display offers an HD resolution of 1,280 × 720 pixels and a high pixel density of 445 ppi, so content is displayed clearly and sharply despite the small screen size. The display is protected by scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass 3.
Everyday tasks are handled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 octa-core processor with up to 1.4 GHz, supported by 3 GB RAM. The 32 GB of internal storage offers space for essential apps and data. The Palm Pepito deliberately focuses on the essentials and does without microSD storage expansion.
The 12 MP main camera with LED flash enables photos and HD video recording at 30 fps, while the 8 MP front camera is available for selfies and video calls. GPS, A-GPS and GLONASS are supported for navigation.
Thanks to LTE (Cat. 4) with up to 150 Mbit/s, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2, the device is reliably connected. The smartphone is charged and connected to other devices via USB-C.
A special highlight is the IP68 certification, which makes the Palm Pepito dustproof and waterproof. The built-in 800 mAh battery fully charges in about 65 minutes and provides up to 3 hours of talk time or several days of standby. Face recognition is available for additional security.
